FEE SCHEDULE & BILLING STRUCTURE

(Flat fees provide clarity and predictability. For complex matters requiring additional work, hourly rates may apply.)

ESTATE PLANNING FEES

  • Individual Will: $600 – $850

  • Wills for Married Couple: $900 – $1,500

  • Comprehensive Estate Plan (Will, POAs, Living Will) – Individual: $800 – $1,100

  • Comprehensive Estate Plan – Couple: $1,100 – $1,800

  • Will Codicils: $500+

  • Estate Plan Review & Updates: $350 – $1,000+

  • Trust Amendments: $250/hr

  • Trust Funding Assistance: $250/hr

  • Powers of Attorney (Standalone): $250 each

  • Living Will / Advance Directive: $250

  • Beneficiary Deed: $300 – $500

  • Uncontested Probate: Starting at $250/hr

CONTRACT REVIEW & DRAFTING FEES

Contract Review

  • Basic Contract Review (Up to 5 Pages, No Revisions): $350

  • Standard Contract Review (6–15 Pages, Includes Consultation & Minor Edits): $750+

  • Comprehensive Contract Review (16+ Pages, Negotiations, Extensive Edits): $250/hr

Contract Drafting

  • Basic Agreement Drafting (Simple One-Page Agreement, No Custom Terms): $500

  • Standard Contract Drafting (5–10 Pages, Customizable Terms, One Round of Revisions): $1,000+

  • Complex Agreement Drafting (Negotiated or Custom Drafting, Multiple Revisions): $250/hr

LLC FORMATION & BUSINESS SERVICES

  • Single-Member LLC Formation (Includes Articles of Organization & Basic Consultation): $450

  • Multi-Member LLC Formation (Includes Articles of Organization, Simple Two-Person Operating Agreement, & Consultation): $1,000+

  • Custom Operating Agreement (Complex Multi-Member LLCs or Special Provisions): $250/hr

  • LLC Compliance & Limited Liability Counseling: $250/hr

Note: State filing fees are separate and not included in the above fees. 

 

BILLING STRUCTURE

For matters requiring additional time or complexity, hourly rates apply as follows:

  • Attorney Work – (Legal analysis, drafting, client meetings, and court-related matters): $250/hr

  • Administrative Work – (Document preparation, scanning, copying, and routine administrative tasks): $75/hr

  • Travel Fees – calculated in 6-minute increments: $125/hr (round trip)

Note: Travel Fees applies to all home or bank meetings, including those for flat-fee services.​
